If you receive your product and find that you’re not happy with it you can return it to us within 14 days of the order date for a full refund. The original postage cost will not be reimbursed for unwanted products. However, in the unlikely event that your product becomes faulty, you’re welcome to return it to us within our published warranty period (see below for more information).
We’ll always do our best to resolve any issues and we can refund, or replace items you’re not fuly satisfied with. Please request a returns authorisation number prior to returning anything to us, this will allow us to ensure your product doesn’t get miss-placed. When we send you your returns number, we will also send you step by step instructions as to how to get your product back to us together with a pre-paid postage bag. If your product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty it’s advisable to obtain a replacement or repair via that route, we are more than happy to help you arrange this. Manufacturers typically carry out full diagnostic repairs or replace with a brand new product, whereas we will either refund in full or replace with another used product subject to your request and stock availability. We will of course reimburse your original postage cost for any product deemed faulty.
